Dear Sir /Madam,
I am writing in concern with my order bought on 9 march 2018 that is Honda Activa 125 Standard Alloy order no 4762247405 on paytm mall.
I had purchased this product through RBL bank credit card after completely inspecting the emi process because as displayed I was interested in 24 months emi process on 13% interest rate.
But after purchasing the product bank had send a message to select emi option but applying 27% interest. This is totally unfair and fraud as paytm mall is committing the interest rate as 13% and for this paytm is responsible. But after regular complaints to paytm and bank no one resolved my issue and till date the payment is pending at bank end as i have not selected 27% interest rate.
I would request you to please look into the matter and solve the matter since it is not viable for me to pay interest rate 27% I am sending attachments for clarification.
