Hi,
I have placed three orders whose order id have been added as screenshots. I have not received the order as there was no courier pick up done from Paytm side and at the same time there is no communication on the same as the customer care number doesn’t respond and make the customer wait for 1.5 hours for a query to be resolved. I am now filing a complaint against the same to consumer forum under section negligence and fraudulent act. I have tried more than 30 times to contact you people however there was no response from your end to the same and adding to it nor a single response for the same. I feel disturbed shopping at this platform and will definitely take a right to speak in open around the sources through all channel of communication available. I will also put this in front of CEO of Paytm about the current market satisfaction his portal is proving to the world.
