Dear Sir, I bought a symphony cooler thru Paytm order no. 8425260043 delivered on 7 June 2019 I requested for cancellation on same date due to problem in cooler even Paytm approved return request but as of now they didn’t contact me for return pick up I am waiting for my refund because I feel cheated by Paytm and their associate seller Kitchen Homez.
