Hi , while paying my electricity bill, i had selected a voucher worth Rs.5000 by mistake, The movement i realised it i dropped a mail to paytm to cancel the order and refund the money, the paytm customer care people said it is not possible.
Now that when i am trying to use the coupon code , the code is not working and the paytm team is not giving a proper working deal code nor refunding the money.
I am literally pissed by the communication to paytm over mails . I am not getting any resolution to the issue . And now i feel my rs 5000 is in soop and i will not get it back.
