Sir.. I paid my electricity bill of Rs 2640/- thru PAYTM wallet on 24/02/2018 . Above said amount deducted twice from my wallet. I request several times at help corner at paytm wallet. PAYTM said your one transaction is SUCCESS and other is FAILURE , no twice deduction of above said amount.
I requested send the ledger for above transactions. They provide the ledger only with remarks SUCCESS or FAILURE. This is not the format of ledger in all banking and financials . After so many request they failed to provide me the same till date .Please look in the matter.
