I have recharged Rs.179/- data plan by Paytm wallet on my mobile number on 12/03/2018.
The transaction done successfully.
But the plan not active from Airtel on my mobile number 9898554591.
My order number is 4781951005 at 09:36 on March 12, 2018.
I contacted Airtel service provider for same order. Airtel service provider reply, no transaction amount received and waiting for 3 days as transaction done by 3rd party.
Then I complaint to Paytm for the same order. Paytm reply to wait for the same.
As per paytm given waiting time finished but service not activate nor refund given back.
Please do needful in this case.
