Transferred money from creditcard to paytm wallet but money went to gift vouchers without notifying or prompting any information regarding this which is really ufair.
Tried to reach customer care and as its automated service its asking for transaction id and on giving the id its just saying wrong id and getting disconnected.
It’s ansolutely fraud they are openly cheeting ppl so asking for justice please help thanks!

Exactly same issue since yesterday for me. Searching for solution as paytm is not responding.
