Text of Complaint by Nara lokesh:

I am not able to transaction in Amazon, Paytm, Payzapp.Even I am not able to recharge for DTH.
Errors:
Try with another mode of payment
Wait for 4 hours for bank confirmation.
After contacting customer care they are telling that we need to register our virtual card,Once this is registered then only we can do transactions.
while registering the card it is saying invalid card number.

Note:You are telling as per RBI guidelines you have stopped IMPS option but one of my friend transferred amount on 5th Jan 2018 by using IMPS.I am not sure that you are doing fraud and all.
Also Customer care people are not replying my mails.
They keep on asking us to send remainder mails every 14 days.
In my family around rs 40000 got blocked
