I made a transfer of amount of Rs. 2479/- from Paytm wallet to my SBI account on 16 Jan 18, However it’s not credited in my account till now and showing pending in status.
When I contacted customer care then they told that due to some technical issue your money has not transferred, request to wait some more time.
I contacted customer care several times in between but every time similar answer I got.
In between customer care given me a transaction no. and told me to check with ur bank, when I checked with my bank it was invalid.
When again I contacted Paytm customer care they reply that due to some technical issue ur amount has not credited. Your complain having highest priority and will be resolved soon.
Already approx 20 days over and I didn’t get my money back.
Request to help me to come out from this.

Money Deducted but not showing in bank
I added 200rs to my Paytm wallet then I was sending them back to my bank account…money was deducted from wallet but haven’t reached the bank account. but i recieved message from paytm successfully transfered
