I booked a hotel through Trivago for 2 nights. I found the rate of Rs. 5530/- reasonable for 2 people for 2 nights. It was reouted through Make my Trip site. I made online payment trhough my ICICI debit card from the payment gateway where exactly this amount was debited from my account. To my astonishment, there was another debit of Rs. 2005/- from my acciunt without my consent as GST and other charges. I want my money back fully as the booking voucher shows only Rs. 5530/- only and the GST shown in the voucher is zero.
