Hi, this is regarding my order dated 17th Feb 2018.due to delay in shipping I tried to contact paytm however not able to reach them either through call or their help and support facility in app, hence I googled supplier diwan hosiery and spoke to the person dated 20th Feb 2018.
As per seller he escalated the matter delay in courier pick up however he assured me that product will be shipped today i.e 21st Feb 2018.meanwhile early morning 21st Feb 2018 I am getting message from paytm that order has been cancelled.
So I contacted paytm after trying for half an hour. Both paytm and seller asked me to reorder however when I was trying it was not allowing me to use the once a month coupon even though it was available for reuse. I called paytm again and agent aman kumar not able to help and Rude on his approach that I have used the coupon once hence could not reuse even though order is cancelled. App says available to reuse but agent says no.
I tried to explain him in english and हिंदी too. But he is adamant that it can’t be reused in same month. Pathetic thing is that customer service of paytm not reachable either call or message through app.
There is no toll free number I have spent 70 rupees to explain them my problem my matter. Also wasted 2 hours of my precious time. Now they are asking me give screen shot then only they wil look into the matter.
It is really pathetic that the basic motto of e-commerce not useful. Why we use online shopping,to save our money and time but here both wasted.
