The request return for the product with order #4975673507 was approved on 19th April, and since then I have been trying to follow up with the support team but they are all blind and deaf to the issue, even i got a mail saying that courier partner is on the way for pickup but still no update.
I have never been so frustrated with the online shopping, never knew Mr. Vijay Shekhar would build something like this, lost all the respect for what Paytm has done for this country.
