Dear Sir / Madam,

   I have booking train ticket through IRCTC official Website. i have made payment through powered by Paytm gateway amt was debited in my bank account but not ticket reserved and amt was not returned
my bank transaction ID was mentioned below :
TRANSFER PAYTM 7734882444/paytm/ TRANSFER TO 6174603439
