I’m a customer of Paytm. There is an issue which I want to bring to your notice. On March 26, I made a purchase worth Rs 532 from Charak pharma via paytm using my Canara bank debit card ending in 4250. Thereafter, I cancelled my order.
On March 27, an amount of Rs 532was successfully refunded by Charak pharma to my Paytm wallet. Order number- 25875_18032622. CC Avenue Ref-107348610816. Bank Ref- 7633549683.
But, surprisingly, my Paytm balance is showing nil. Where is my money gone? The refund amount of Rs 532 just got vanished! I called up paytm customer care several times but unable to get in touch with their representatives.
I stated the entire issue many times in format provided in the mobile app but they don’t bother to respond. They don’t even have an email Id where I can address the issue.
My money is forfeited.
Sir, under the circumstances, I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
