On Saturday 24th Feb. i have added Rs. 2712.82 to paytm (order ID 209985) through my Bank of Baroda account to make a payment to Matrix Cellular Service. But the above said amount deducted from my BOB Bank.
Also i received the SMS from Paytm that “Your bank just confirmed a successful payment of Rs. 2712.82 on Paytm against Order ID 209985. We will refund your money in case the order is cancelled.”
But the said amount neither reflected in my paytm wallent nor the payment made to matrix cellular.
therefore i did the second transaction on 25th Feb. of the same amount to make payment to Matrix cellular and it was successful. But my BOB account twice debited for 2712.82 amount in two days.
I am worried about my 24th feb transaction of Rs.2712.82 it is not reflected in my paytm wallet despite of the payment received confirmation from your side.
please resolve the above matter at the earliest and refund my money back asap.
