I had opted for drivers license as document for kyc based on various options for documents

Now they say that Drivers license is not a valid document.

if above is true why they have given the option in their web site.

else how could I opt for. They are not doing KYC resulting in deficiency in service as I am not able to use full services

i am also not able to change the document in my profile home page so that I can offer the document from revised list.

so I am stuck up.
