Help Me please

On 04 june, 2018 one lady  person called me through this number +91 8418924258on my paytm registered number and said that I am the lucky winner and he reminded me of one of the product which I bought through paytm app.

How can a fraudulent company get access to data regarding the product which I bought from paytm app so I think paytm is also involved in this fraud. He said that he is a paytm representative and I am lucky customer of paytm and they will give me a bumper prize of any one of the following product of my choice j7 prime samsung mobile or Dell/hp laptop or sony led tv ,window AC they said that this gifts are too costly so that for address confirmation and for delivering product to your address you have to purchase any item from paytm whose total value should be more than 3000.

So, I added product item for RS. 3356/- in my cart on paytm. After that he called me and gave me a QR code on whats app and told me to transfer amount on this QR code through paytm, so I transferred Rs. 3356 on this QR CODE through paytm.

He told me that I will get the product soon. They have also told that I need to pay gst of RS 20233/- in order to receive my Window AC product and has sent me following bank account details-

Name of PERSON-OMPRAKASH ifsc code BARB0IMAMGA and AC No- 43390100001432

I transferred RS 15233/- in above bank account, Remaing Rs5000/-his send QR code.After 10 min. they called me and again demanding money 24000/- for service tax then I realized that its fraud with me then i tried to contact on paytm to report the fraud he told me your complaint submitted,but no action taken by him, I also tried to contact the person but he didn’t respond me and making me as fool.

Sir, I search online about this payonlineshopping frauding then I got known that many people has cheated by this fraud company, pls do something. Thank you
