I have made a payment of rs 41213.68 to mannapuram finance on 31-01-2018 through paytm…bt due to some technical issue the payment failed but money got deducted from my account.its been 16 days and i have not got my refund back..i have contacted paytm n they said u will get your refund in 7 to 14 days..but i did not got..and now they are not replying to my mails..plz help me

I have booked my train ticket and I made payment through paytm gateway.

On 21/9/17 I have cancelled that ticket and i checked with IRCTC it shows PAYTMSDK.

I have checked with IRCTC they told we already refunded to paytm but still I didn’t get in my account.

Please help me.when I will get back my money in my account.

Amount is 3650/-
