Text of Complaint by manoj jakhar:

Hello paytm team, an bill payment was initiated on September 26, 2017 of amount rupees 7416. The proceeding bill payment failed but amount deducted via my debit card. I have raised complaint in this regard to get my money back but still haven’t find it back in my account. Complaints have already registered by paytm team on date October 1, October 17 and October 24 itself. It seems paytm is misleading us in this regard as they are not looking at our concern as every time when I contact at their help desk, they give us a new time range for sort out the issue but result is futile so what
I get, in the end, a new due date every time. I hope you people are going to help me so shortly as 28 days have already passed since the bill payment was initiated and I am still unable to catch my money; rupees 7416.
