I had booked a flight ticket (Air India) under booking ID 4562358108 to travel from Hyderabad to Pune on 5th Feb 2018. On reaching the airport, the staff at Air India counter informed that the flight is cancelled and a full refund would be initiated. As this ticket was booked using PayTM, so PayTM has to process the refund to me (not Air India). I have been reaching out to PayTM flight care number on 99168 99168 but in vain. Every time I am told to wait for 24 hours. My emails are not being replied to. Even after waiting for 48 hours, I never receive any response. It’s been more than 45 days that I have been chasing PayTM for the refund but in vain.
