Hi,

I bought a product from paytm on 1 June 2018. The item delivered to me is a defective item. I requested a return request and the item is been picked up only on 22 june 2018 after many request. The problem is, the refund amount is not credited to my account till now. I contacted the paytm customer care executive many times. But I didn’t get any positive reply till now. I call to the customer care number, but there are not taking the call.

 

Please help me regarding this problem as I’m waiting to get my refund cash so long.
