Text of Complaint by Charu Pandey:

Paytm has suddenly stopped my payments saying i need to update my kyc. I updated my kyc and tried again. But still the payment is not going through. It is not even 31st march and I have already provided the required details. Then how could they keep my money in their wallet and not let me use it when I need it? I tried calling to their customer care. No resolution. I even mailed them but received no response.
