I have ordered VU TV from paytm, Order No. 4900349588. I am supposed to get it by 6th April but not yet received. The phone number of the seller they provided is not working. I also visited the sellers address as below and there is no such electronic shop:

Vivek Ltd No. 526/105/1A, 1st Main Road, S.R.Compound, L & T South City Road,Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore- 560076
Now I am worried they will transfer the money to the seller, but I will never receive my order or my money. I was going through time mental pressure from last few days very much and their customer service is not good. They only tell us I will receive the order soon but they don’e give any details.
Really I am going through lot of mental tension right now because of this order.
Please help me and other customers from getting looted like this.

After posting this complaint they cancelled and returned my order. But what about all the mental pressure I have gone through. Also I order a TV from flipkart and then by seeing this offer I cancelled and ordered this.
Now flipkart is not having the hdfc card offer. Now I need to purchase the TV with more price.
So I am in great loss both in terms of money and time.
Lesson learned never to shop from PayTM.
