hi sir…i place an oreder on paytm of total rs 521on 3 may 2018 which i cancelled later…i paid rs 180 through my wallet and rs 341 through my paytm UPI.
After i cancelled my order they refunded rs 180 in my wallet but they are not giving my rs 341 in my bank account.
I called them many times. They told me to give them the passbook pdf of the bank account they will check it if any amount is refunded or not. I gave them everything they asked for. But still they are not giving my money back. Eveytime i call them they reply we will call you but they never call me back.
It’s very annoying it’s more than 15 days since my order cancelled but they are not giving my money back…plz take a strict action against them.
