Hope you are doing really well today…
i have booked ticket to mughal Sarai through Paytm(travelling date was 23rd August, 2017), i believe that you know some incident took place a day before travelling day it was a big issue, so i had to cancel my return ticket booked from mughal sarai to delhi.
i got refund in my paytm wallet, there was an option of retur to bank so i used to pay my balance using same, i have done this on 24th August, 2017 but till this time (i am writing you email) i did not receive an amunt.
so i called customer care of ICICI they said contact to paytm
i called on their customer care of paytm, someone name Aakash picked my call asked me for the wallet transaction ID i told him that ID, he asked to put my call on hold for one minute, but even after 30Minute he didnot resumes, meanwhile i need to recharge my phone with 100 rs so that call would not disconnect but even after that he will not resumes and at last after 33 or 34 minute i need to hang up the phone, i am from a lower middle family, to get my 305 rs back, i am waiting from 24th August2017 also called paytm and waited for 35 minutes on call and spent almost 3 hours or more than this of my precious life. got some mental pressure about my money (whether i will receive or not) i have two more transaction with same problem…
i spent around 44 Rs. by calling their number,
atleast they can say that they are not able to check the problem at this time or they can give me proper reason or time so that i can contact it later…
please let me know if there is any possibility by which i can be compensate by Paytm.
