I was trying to book bus ticket from Bangalore to Naravi in Paytm to my relative. In payment gate way, I have used Net Banking option to enter corporation bank page (since my relative has Corporation Net banking facility), everything has entered properly to submit the amount. It is got failed in payment saying that bank has some problem with message on it. My booking not successfully done but money has deducted in bank. I have raised this issue to bank and they have raised a complaint to Paytm asking that refund file to bankcomplaints@paytm.com. Its been almost 2 weeks now now response from Paytm end. I was trying to book bus ticket from Bangalore to Naravi in Paytm to my relative. Its been almost 2 weeks now now response from Paytm end. I have raised this issue to Paytm as well, they’re saying “Payment of Rs. 600 failed !Your Order No is35945995482:54 pm , Jul 30 2017 Your bank hasn’t confirmed this payment. We will continue to check for status with your bank. Please check back in 4 hours.”
I have got this transaction report from bank and while seeing this Its been credited to Paytm account and they’re need to refund. I don’t know why paytm is doing like this?
