Sir i have recently ordered a product from paytm mall wuth an online payment service. As the delivery of product was delaying i tried to contact with paytm customer service providers they assured me that product will be delivered at a proper time as i already have amounted the money. But suddenly after that i got a message tht my product has been delivered. I tried to contact with them regarding tht they assured tht under 4 days they will resolve my case but nothing they did..jst they are doing hoax…they cheat people aftet that i many times filed a complaint but nothing has been redressed nor they are responding.Just look in that case nd take a strict action against them.Order no. 3805635338.
