Dear sir/madam
My name is Bhaskar Yadav and I’m a student .
On 5th may 2018 I ordered a pair of shoes from Paytm . Order’s expected delivery date was on 17 may 2018 but I haven’t received yet . There is no tracking available for the package .I mailed them inquiring about the delivery date of package but not received any response . Now I’m leaving my university , where the package has to arrive , so I sent a message to cancel the order and refund my amount but got no reply. My order number is 5102509843.
