Dear Sir ,
I have purchased a new handset arrived on 29 August This was the first experience from paytym that is too pathetic .
I have asked 3-4 times to replace my handset as the sim card slot is damaged , but the request has been cancelled
Even now the Sim card is not detectable in the handset . If you can’t believe the customer saying cant any engineer be send to check the same ?
As since 10 days I am facing the issue and there is no response from your end .where it need to be contacted or replaced .
Please do the needful at the earliest .
