Please Urgent Help Me ( Paytm Account number – 9691556774)
I am sending my KYC information as per Paytm order numerous times… I have provided everything paytm asked for but then also they are not unblocking my account and providing me false information that my account is complained as fraud.. They took my Rs. 17,000 which was in my account by blocking it.
According to me
PAYTM IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY
They can do anything for taking your money
I have medical emergency… so i asked money from my friend through paytm…but these bloody bastard paytm management blocked my account instantly…after submitting all d document they r nt unlocking my account… Such a fraud company.. Dont trust it … i lost my money.
I had made bill payment through paytm but has not been updated to yet. It was made on 14th September 17. But unfortunately has not been updated till date.

I am sending my KYC information as per Paytm order numerous times… I have provided everything paytm asked for but then also they are not unblocking my account and providing me false information that my account is complained as fraud..

They can do anything for taking your money
What’s wrong with PayTM?
Issue 1: I ordered 2 jeans (Order id:3863489043). I received only 1 jeans out of 2 but PayTM marked delivered to both. I complained regarding the same but did not get any resolution since 1 week. I called many times on their customer care but no one responded. They did not even picked up the call. When I messaged them, a generic reply is coming every-time that we understand your problems and we are working on it. I messaged them many times for scheduling a call rather than sending general messages but they do not even bothered.
Issue 2: Out of 2, the Jean which I got I wanna return that because of size issue. But due to above issue I can not return that. When I tried to file return for the same, return option was not even available.
Issue 3: I ordered a Sunglass (Order Id:3761915375) on Sep 2,2017 but did not received yet even after almost a month. I tried to Cancel that but again there is no Option available to Cancel it.
My finding with PayTM: If this is the way of dealing customer, I would make sure no one from my friends and family will ever buy anything from PayTM because I do not wanna to see them suffer like I did.
Poorest and 3rd class cheap service I am experiencing from your side and I wonder how with way any customer satisfaction will be there.After waiting for so many days and contacting & follwoing up for 3-4 days I come to know that order has been cancelled from your side without ant intimation.See the people from FLIPKART and learn and adopt professionalism to attend to customer.Lot of customer service no but no way to speak with representtative.Such a waste of time on ur site for purchase.totall useless and pathetic.Mobile no-8918959760
I am trying to contact paytm from a whole day but they are shit always busy no contact with customer care.
Guys I will sue you in court Paytm I will file fr sure a case.
I want argent revert.
I will not use paytm in my whole.life today I recieved a damage product given by paytm
