Text of Complaint by Haroon rashid:

On 20th of June,2018 I was booking my rail ticket from ANVT to PNBE dated 4th August’18 on IRCTC app. While payment option came , I opted for Paytm UPI and proceeded. The amount of ₹898.44/- get deducted from my SBI account but no ticket was booked. At the last it was showing “transaction failed” but amount has been deducted.

My IRCTC I’d is : haroon1996

Train journey date : 4th August’18

Train number : 12570

Origin : ANVT

Destination: PNBE

Then after for payment I opted for debit card and booked my tickets.I am attaching the image of transaction showing on my SBI internet banking account.
