Dear Complaint Cell

Please help for the above subject.

1. I ORDERED I Phone 7, 32GB under order Id 3725026157 dated 25th August, 2017. I ordered the same via PAytm Mall by Sign Up at a price of Rs 48087/-. with a cashback of 8500/- that shall be credited post delivery in 24 hours.
2. Post ordering i realized that by initial balance of Rs 667.39 i s not showing in my account and i called PAytm for help. Mr. Nasir from Paytm explained me that i have created 2 accounts with same mobile no. that is 9999308069, one with login and another with sign up.
3. So i requested what shall i do as i have ordered I Phone with cashback of Rs 8500/-. He suggested that in order to restore your previous balance of 669.39. Your have to close Sign up one account from which i have ordered the product. I agreed on the assurance given by Mr. Nasir( from paytm) on a condition that the cash back shall be reflected in login account as you have created 2 accounts with one number.
4. My account was closed. Then I did not accept the order as i was in a doubt that he has closed my account from which i have ordered and now where shall my cash back be credited. Under that impression i did not accepted the delivery.
5. I got my credit from Paytm for Rs. 39587/- less cashback of Rs 8500/- and to my surprise cash back did not reflected in my account.
6. Post that i am following for my cash back and Mr. sandeep, Mr. Ashish and 2 -3 other personnel from Paytm guided me that you have to call 011-33776677 as your query is regarding  shopping.
7. post suggestion i called the same my many times but every time it is saying that your order no. is incorrect. and phone is getting disconnected.
8. Now i have sent query under query no. 36947834 but nobody is replying.
9. I am enclosing all the snap shots as per below.

a. Amount Deducted 48087/-

b. Reversal of 39587/-.

c. Sign up Account close msg.

Please help in order get my cash back in my wallet.
