Text of Complaint by Jitendra Singh:

On 18/9 I order Mi earphones for Rs699+Rs50 delivery charges. Rs200 cashback was applicable to this order. After payment was made, and the earphones were dispatched, I received a message saying that Rs200 cashback had been credited to my wallet. However this did not reflect in my wallet.

When I cancelled the order, I was only refunded Rs549. As Rs200 cashback was not in my wallet Paytm assume that I have used it in another purchase.

I have not purchased anything else and neither have I made any wallet transactions.
