Hi I had booked a bus..but Paytm customer service rather than understanding the situation..keeps repeating the number of follow ups the customer has to do for getting a basic refund from Paytm.. also when requested to speak to manager or supervisor.. no one is interested and placed the call on hold for more than 4 mins plus twice.. without anyone to hear.
