I book tickets in IRCTC , through Paytm , on 01/09/2017, takkal 2 times they taken amount 680 rupees , after OTP came , they send me bank not response , but they decite my amount , another time in premium takkal I book 545 rupees ,same they did , I call customer care no responce , I have to file case in court ???
