Unable to raise return option
I have ordered one LED TV 32 inches Panasonic from paytm vid order 3712381562.date 23rd August 2017. But I received the product with in a damage condition (LED screen broken) on 28 th August 2017 which was not send in a proper packing system . The matter immediately reported to the courier (Delhivery) at Duliajan on the same day . They suggested that “You can return the product through Paytm”. Since then I have been trying continuously but unable to process. So I have informed paytm customer care service in this regard on 29 th August 2017. They have told me that my order complain was registered. I have received references no36793844 from them,but the system any This is my grievances against Paytm and courier Delhivery.
