i tried to book a bus ticket from chennai to vijayawada,but with out payment it showed payment i s successful but bus ticket not booked.i talked with customer care but telling to wait for 4 hours.
my concern is they have to release the unreserved ticket within 15 min.i talked to them for even after 30 argument ,they are not releasing the blocked seat.i said i will pay the money confirm the tickect or release the unbooked seat i will book again.
