Text of Complaint by Mohan Kumar:

I wanted to buy a Mobile phone in Mi store..I had been there…I could not access my dad’s debit card .so as per sales girl suggerstion in Mi store .I thought of paying 7500rs in paytm….I did all procedures like Cvv,OTP everything …the amount of 7500rs was deducted from my dad’s account but I didn’t get in my Paytm account….. because of this I couldn’t buy new cell for my sister and my dad is screwing me for using Paytm…

I waited patiently from 4 hours as they told but I didn’t get proper reply nor money back…if it was my account and my money I would manage it but it’s my dad’s account and his money..he is screwing me for this act..and my precious time also got wasted..so I need a solution for this .
