WHY IT INVARIABLY HAPPENS WITH AIRTEL  SUBSCRIBED NUMBERS AND TM IDs’ BOOKED FOR RESPECTIVE  DND VIOLATION , THAT DESPITE THEY BEING IN THE AIRTEL’S DOMAIN ONLY ,BUT THERE IS ALWAYS A RELUCTANCE TO  PROVIDE FEEDBACK WITHIN 7 DAYS OF REGISTRATION OF THE DND COMPLAINT ITSELF ( AS PER TRAI GUIDELINES ) OR EVEN ON THE DESIGNATED DATES ( 11 – 13 DAYS ON A AVERAGE ) GIVEN BY AIRTEL ITSELF AT THE TIME IF REGISTERING THE DND VIOLATION COMPLAINT  ?????

THIS IS NOTHING BUT THE MOST BRAZEN AND BLATANT FLIPPANCY DISPLAYED BY AIRTEL TO DEPICT ITS RELUCTANCE TO NOT TO TAKE NEEDFUL ACTION OR DILUTE  THE COMPLAINT ITSELF REGISTERED AGAINST  ITS OWN SUBSCRIBED NUMBERS OR TM IDs’  ,UNDER ONE FALSE PRETEXT  OR THE OTHER .

IN SOME CASES ,AIRTEL HAS EVEN GONE TO THE EXTENT OF PRODUCING  FICTITIOUS DOCUMENTS ( SOME EVEN BEARING MY FAKE SIGNATURES ) , RECENTLY , TO FRAUDULENTLY ESTABLISH THAT I HAVE INSTEAD SUBSCRIBED TO GET PROMOS DESPITE MY FULLY BLOCKED DND STATUS OF MY AIRTEL SUBSCRIBED MOBILE ( 9871337946 ) , WHICH FINALLY  COMPELLED ME TO LODGE AN APPROPRIATE  FIR  NO. 1060 DATED 18-07-2017 UNDER IPC SECTION 420 , 467 , 468 , 471 , 504 AND 66 RESPECTIVELY AT KAVI NAGAR PS ,GHAZIABAD – DETAILS HAVE BEEN SENT TO ALL VIDE MY EMAIL DATED 01-08-2017 ( WHEN REPEATED EMAILS TO CEO , GOPAL VITTAL AND AS ALSO TO NDNC HEAD GOVIND KUMAR MISHRA ,WERE IN VAIN  AND AS ALSO CALLS TO AIRTEL’S REGISTERED OFFICE   FOR MONTHS TOGETHER ) .

AIRTEL , THOUGH TOOK THIS VERY CASUALLY AND HAD NO COMPUNCTIONS WHATSOEVER IN REPEATING THE SAME OFFENCE JUST FEW DAYS AFTER THE ABOVE FIR WAS LODGED .WHO IS BACKING AIRTEL FOR THIS INSOLENCE AND UTTER FLIPPANCY ?????

EVEN REPEATED AND MULTIPLE TWEETS AT AIRTEL PRESENCE ARE IN VAIN AS THE SOCIAL MEDIA  TEAM IS THOROUGHBRED TO POST VAGUE CLICHES AS RESPONSE ,TO IRRITATE IRRESPECTIVE OF WHATEVER ESCALATION IS MADE .

HOW MANY EXAMPLES DO I CITE ,WHICH INDICATE DELIBERATE  MISADVENTURES BY AIRTEL  ,THEY ARE GALORE !!

EVEN IN THE  LATEST DND VIOLATION COMPLAINT REGISTERED  AGAINST   AIRTEL’S OWN SUBSCRIBED TM ID ,
AX-FEESEP  VIDE CDRGP30323885414 DATED 23-03-2018 ( WITH DESIGNATED DATE OF FEEDBACK AS 02-04-2018 ), YOU COULD  RESPOND DELIBERATELY THOUGH , ONLY AFTER 7 NOS. EMAIL REMINDERS AND AFTER 20 DAYS OF REGISTRATION OF THE DND VIOLATION COMPLAINT ITSELF AGAINST ,TM ID :
AX-FEESEP ,WHY ?????? ( TRAI GUIDELINES SPECIFY THAT THE FEEDBACK ON THE ACTION TAKEN HAS TO BE GIVEN WITHIN 7 DAYS OF REGISTRATION OF THE DND VIOLATION COMPLAINT ) .

EVEN AT THIS STAGE , THE PROCESS IS NOT YET OVER AS YOU HAVE JUST INFORMED THAT THE PENAL ACTION IS INITIATED BUT IT IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL AND UNLESS YOU POST THE INFO ON THE PENALTY LEVIED AT THE TRAI WEBSITE AND INFORM ME ALSO VIA SMS ON MY MOBILE VIA AD-AIRCCM / AD-ARWSVC .

I , EXPECT , THE  ABOVE INFO TO BE GIVEN TO ME ACCORDINGLY URGENTLY . YOU HAVE ALREADY TAKEN MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME OF A MONTH NOW SINCE THE DND VIOLATION COMPLAINT WAS REGISTERED AGAINST ,AX-FEESEP AND THE PROCESS IS NOT COMPLETED AS YET .TILL DATE .
