Text of Complaint by Sonu Singh:

  • I have recharged my metro card no. 80605217 on 21st May, the payment was failed but still my amount is not refunded .
  • I have paid an amount of ₹ 269 to domino’s Pizza, bill desk order no #NPT26324463410, Wallet txn I’d : 18974464778. The amount was deducted from my wallet but order was not placed and cancelled but till now amount is not refunded . Kindly look into the matter
