I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy On5 mobile in the month of May 2016 and the IMEI Serial No. of the mobile is 354459073623068 through Flipkart vide Order ID : OD305871352163045000, Order date : 28/04/2016. VAT/TIN : 29670869006,
Service Tax #: AAACW8725FSD001
and Mobile Code : MOBECCA5FHQD43KA
WID : vs70330. The mobile did not work properly. Only two years has elapsed , the mobile did not work properly. The cost of the mobile is Rs. 8190/-.
I have bought this through Flipkart and Sold by WS Retail Services Pvt. Ltd. Bangalore – 560067.
My demand is this please change my mobile through Flipkart. The flipkart may take this initiative at the earliest.
Please take necessary actions at the earliest.
