Sir,
I have around Rs. 3000 in may Paytm wallet. After updating my phone no. they deducted the whole amount and also deleted my entire order history. I called them and also e-mailed them my complaint many times. But nothing is done till date. They stop responding to any of my mails. This is a clear theft of customer money.
