I did a transaction for Rs. 41,575 and applied a promocode TVSELE4300. They have not given me the cashback. Now when I look at my orders I observe that they ‘failed’ my order where the promocode was applied. Then they created another order, where the promo-code application is not shown. Daylight robbery. PayTM: please fix this and effect the cashback immediately, and stop cheating your customers. If you cannot, please cancel this order, and I claim Rs. 10 lacs (Rs. 10,00,000.00) additional damages for mental harassment and man-hours wasted.
