Inspite of complaining severasl times both by sender(me) and receiver paytm close the complaint everytime without giving solution.paytm has given payment reference no. in 24*7.bt same is neither received in wallet nor in bank account.kindly help me to get justice.following are the details and proof images

according to paytm payment has sent to recipient with payment reference no.804816321254.as detail given to me on 24*7 helpline of paytm.while when merchant called for same in front of me.paytm said he had not received any paytm.they are not reasy to clearify where the payment is.complaned several times on call and on 24*7 helpline for same. with query rederence no.76039119 and 76039625paytm complaint 1
