Dear Sir, I recently bought a laptop from Paytm website where in they offered some cashback and some other vouchers worth Rs. 8500/-.These vouchers we’re effective wef 13 Mar onwards and upto 13 April, however the scope of the vouchers has been limited to few articles not worth the amount of the vouchers.The same was conveyed to the company via customer care by calls and message however it’s standard reply that vouchers are limited to few articles only in that particular category. For example the bag voucher which is worth Rs 1500/- is only applicable to a bag worth Rs. 600/- on there website. I find this is the way they are deceiving the customers and the intent is to lure the customer first and there after confuse him.
