I made a purchase of a mobile phone useing paytm mall for Rs.29990 out of which I would have got a cashback of Rs.2500 as per the terms and conditions of seller.Till today no cash back has been credited to my account .I sent number of messages and called number of times but no response.
So I am submitting this complaint
