Done transaction on Jetairways mobile App on 11 March 2018 for Rs. 7486/- using freecharge wallet and Loading money in Wallet via compulsion from freecharge to load it via Debit card only instead of Credit card.

since any refund can be disputed easily with credit card , but not with Debit card. The money loaded and transaction failed with jet airways from freecharge.

Jet airways gave investigation reply of failed transaction in 12 Hours, but freecharge after 8 to 9 follow ups gave refund only on 25 March 2018 that too in Voucher Balance as a Gift Voucher instead of Wallet Balance.# 2309210 ,# 2272797  tickets took 15 days to resolve and money refunded but then another problems they created with their cunning behaviour.

 

Waallet balance money can be transferred to bank or withdrawn to Bank or when Account shuts down can be transferred to bank account but voucher balance cannot and has a Validity period of usage.

And when one complains them why they say your Account is not KYC Compliant. Whereas my Account is KYC Compliant as they mentioned per ticket number # 2272829 on 11 March 2018.

Now on 28 March am asking them on same ticket to update me as per their Systems what is exact date of my KYC Compliant status but they fail to even acknowledge and reply.

When account is not KYC Compliant, the wallet should not have taken high value payment and I feel the freecharge is purposely failing high value transactions via the back end tweek of their systems so as the customer is handcuffed permanently now as entire balance remains as high value transaction within their voucher balance and customer is therefore unable to use this money under any circumstances whatsoever and for ever.

am therfore following up on this ticket # 2342427 with their nodal and grievance cell too but they never get back or reply.

 

their systems are designed so. there are numerous complaints of such customer reviews on twitter too.

 

Have raised Twitter complains and also complained to RBI Via twitter but no response after several emails to freecharge.in team.

I also send them email to freecharge.nodal@axisbank.com and care@freecharge.in and grievanceofficer@freecharge.com that what is procedure to shut down wallet and get entire balance into my account but no reply. Ticket # 2341345  Rasied for this issue.

The wallet is doing what is called a purposeful act of deceiveing customer. large value transaction fail and to resolve 15 20 days with no interest refunded to customers, and the large value money remains in voucher balance as a validity tag and not in wallet balance.
