Image Uploaded by Priyanshu Adarsh:I ordered several products from paytm using some promocodes. At the time of placing order the codes worked and paytm confirmed the order and the status was showing ready to be shipped.
But in today morning when i checked the order detail it was marked cancelled by the merchant. I called costumer suppots to know the exact reason but the just answered that the merchant had cancelled the order because they can’t verify the promocodes.
Please take some action against this kind of act done by e-commerce companies so that they can understand that there is authorities who will take action against their wrong deed.
