This is Thakur Virat Singh with registered mobile number 9724274349. I have Booked a Travel Ticket from Vapi to Vadodara on Fri, 04 Oct 2019 with PNR Number:- 187571134-364718, Ticket ID:- 21XMUBG, , Order ID:- 9375705202 for my Relative Mr. Sudhakar Singh. MY relative reached the Provided Location at 02:00 am in the morning. After that he tried calling on Bus Operator Number provided in the ticket 9825491612. The Bus Operator didn’t respond to the call. After That I got a call that Bus operator is not responding to the calls. I have tried calling from my end many times but no response.
After that I have called Paytm Travel Customer Care stating the Issue at 03:30 am half an hour after the boarding time stating that Bus Operator is not responding to the calls. They said as per the Norms you have to wait one hour there itself . Again I have called them at 03:57 am for the same. They Registered my Complaint & stated that refund will be Processed. After few days I got a response stating that refund will not be processed by the operator. Refund denied by the Bus Operator as the Issues was from Bus Operator Side.
This is a clear case of Fraud & Cheating with the Customer.
