Text of Complaint by Anjeela Bhutia:

I got a call from Paytm on 3rd of April 2018, saying that as I’m a regular customer of Paytm, five phone numbers including mine has been chosen for a special gift offer.

All I need to do was to buy an item from Paytm with a minimum Total amount being Rs. 4000. Now I wouldn’t have believed them however, they had all my private details phone numbers, address and the most startling part was my transactions from Paytm.

Then they guided me towards the payment, provided me with Account holder name as: Paytm Mall, Account No.:918906019547 , IFSC: PYTM0123456. So after my money got debited.

I got a message saying how the order has been placed along with the free gift and will be delivered on 5th April 2018. We’ll when it didn’t I realised I have been duped.

I called up Paytm customer service. It all they gave me was a reference no. And said they will send me an email but no email.

I think they are robbing customers. This is really getting stressed up. Especially at a time when I’m not financially strong and raising a child aloan.

 

please help me out.
